We, Florida Stone Crab are located in Hudson, Florida, one hour north of Tampa Bay, directly on Florida’s central gulf coast. We are licensed through the county and state and are certified by the leading organization on seafood safety, HAACP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point).
We are one of the few family-run fish houses that trap, cook, grade and ship our own crab. We know that you are receiving “The Best Crab on the Planet!”. We sell both wholesale and retail.

The stone crab we ship to you are caught daily. We pack them in coolers with food grade gel packs to maintain the freshness and are overnighted to you.
The stone crab claws are fully cooked and chilled. All you need to do is crack them open and enjoy the best Florida stone crab available. If kept chilled in either a fridge or on ice in a cooler, the claws will retain their quality for three to four days after receiving them.
